DURA-CRETE ® is our latest concrete grade, specifically developed to resist abrasive wear.
Thanks to its various constituents (silicon, aluminum, calcium and iron oxides), DURA-CRETE ®® offers unrivalled abrasion resistance for concrete, and remains effective at temperatures of up to 1600°C.
DURA-CRETE ® is the technico-economic solution of choice for your tangential wear problems: lining separators, cyclones, hoppers.
Available both in 25kg retail bags from stock, and for specific applications on parts in our workshops, on request.

IMPLEMENTATION
DURA-CRETE ®® has excellent floatability on expanded metal or formwork casting.
- Mix for 1 min in a dry mixer.
- Add a maximum of 4.5 to 6 L / 100 kg of drinking water (= between 1 and 1.5 L per 25 kg bag), then continue mixing for a maximum of 5 min.
- Apply to flat or curved surfaces with expanded metal, using a vibrating plate to remove any residual porosity.
- Drying time: 24h
