DURPLAST
DURPLAST is a high molecular density polyethylene. It is available from standard thicknesses of 10 to 50 mm.
This material has an excellent abrasion resistance as well as a low friction coefficient giving it excellent anti-clogging properties.

DURPLAST S
DURPLAST S is a sprayed or molded polymer with a standard thickness from 0.5 to 5mm (sprayed) and 5 to 50mm (molded).
This material is particularly suitable for light abrasion combined with corrosion and/or clogging.
The coating process allows an adaptable protection according to the solicitations, the repair of any type of parts as well as a constant thickness on complex forms.
Hardness : from 60 to 95 shore A
Maximum temperature : 100°C (60°C for wet applications)

DURZALT 40
DURZALT 40 wear resistant ceramic is a high quality fused basalt with offers very good abrasion resistance. Its production method allows to obtain by molding all the necessary shapes to realize complex anti-abrasion coatings. DURZALT 40 is highly resistant to tangential abrasion by very aggressive fine particles, even at high speeds, or by larger elements with low impact. It offers a wear resistant protection of the equipment unequaled by the metals and a remarkable economic efficiency.

DURHART 200
DURHART 200 wear resistant ceramic is an electro-fused ceramic that offers excellent abrasion resistance performance. Its production method allows to obtain by molding all the necessary shapes to realize complex anti-abrasion coatings. DURHART 200 is particularly resistant to tangential abrasion by very aggressive fine particles, even at high speeds, or by larger elements with low impact: the case of hoppers or chutes.

ALDUR 240
ALDUR 240 is a technical ceramic with exceptional resistance to abrasion. It also offers effective protection against chemical aggression and remarkable mechanical properties that allow coatings from 1.5 to 75 mm thick to be produced. Its characteristics place it at the forefront of materials resistant to sliding abrasion.

DURAPLATE HiSPEED ®
DURAPLATE HiSPEED ® is a highly wear-resistant plate with a smooth and crack-free surface, specially designed to provide exceptional sliding properties compared to standard wear plates.

DURSiC
DURSIC technical ceramic is a silicon carbide grade. It is an extremely hard material with excellent corrosion resistance and high thermal resistance. Large parts can be produced.
