DURPLAST

DURPLAST is a high molecular density polyethylene. It is available from standard thicknesses of 10 to 50 mm.
This material has an excellent abrasion resistance as well as a low friction coefficient giving it excellent anti-clogging properties.

DURPLAST S

DURPLAST S is a sprayed or molded polymer with a standard thickness from 0.5 to 5mm (sprayed) and 5 to 50mm (molded).
This material is particularly suitable for light abrasion combined with corrosion and/or clogging.
The coating process allows an adaptable protection according to the solicitations, the repair of any type of parts as well as a constant thickness on complex forms.

DURZALT 40

DURZALT 40 wear resistant ceramic is a high quality fused basalt with offers very good abrasion resistance. Its production method allows to obtain by molding all the necessary shapes to realize complex anti-abrasion coatings. DURZALT 40 is highly resistant to tangential abrasion by very aggressive fine particles, even at high speeds, or by larger elements with low impact. DURHART 200

DURHART 200 wear resistant ceramic is an electro-fused ceramic that offers excellent abrasion resistance performance. Its production method allows to obtain by molding all the necessary shapes to realize complex anti-abrasion coatings. DURHART 200 is particularly resistant to tangential abrasion by very aggressive fine particles, even at high speeds, or by larger elements with low impact: the case of hoppers or chutes.
