High-Performance Materials for Your Mining Installations
In critical areas exposed to severe sliding abrasion and high temperatures, such as piping, hoppers, cyclones or chutes, we prioritize the use of technical ceramics: DURHART® 200, an electrofused ceramic, and DURZALT® 40, fused basalt.
These solutions ensure excellent longevity, even in humid, abrasive, or fine particle-laden environments.
For equipment or components subjected to abrasive flows, impacts, or cyclic loading, we offer DURSTEEL® steels (410, 460, 510) — for standard or structural applications, or our high-performance Creusabro® 4800 / 8000 abrasion resistant steels, particularly effective against combined wear and impact.
Finally, the DURAPLATE® overlay plate range, with complex carbide-based overlays, provides reinforced protection in severe wear areas.
The D45T grade, in particular, is designed to withstand high temperatures (up to 700 °C) in thermal applications.

As part of a maintenance operation on a high-temperature storage line, PRODUR manufactured stainless steel 310 hopper bottoms, a material resistant to heat and corrosion.

To enhance the wear resistance of coal burner blades, PRODUR designed a robust solution combining ground Duraplate® D31T (severe abrasion, smooth surface) and ALDUR® 240 ceramic on critical areas.

Facing severe sliding abrasion on an ash re-injection line, PRODUR manufactured a series of custom piping lined with Durhart® 200.
This electrofused ceramic, extremely hard (9 Mohs), provides exceptional resistance to sliding wear. A durable solution to reduce maintenance and secure critical installations.
