Reliability improvement of a bucket wheel
On a large bucket wheel, the running bands showed advanced wear. PRODUR and all Welding Alloys entities coordinated a complete intervention including: grinding, manufacture of sectors in Creusabro 4800, and on-site welding.
Result: geometry perfectly restored (tolerance < 1 mm) and enhanced mechanical performance thanks to Creusabro.

A stainless steel mixer trough used in agriculture was experiencing regular perforations due to exposure to corrosive products containing SO₂. PRODUR proposed a DURPLAST S lining, applied in differentiated layers.
