Dursteel TUFFPLATE
Thick-Section Abrasion-Resistant Steels
Dursteel Tuffplate is a quenched and tempered steel, offering high abrasion resistance with a nominal hardness of 340 HB, as well as excellent toughness and impact resistance.
Capable of withstanding severe wear or combined wear with impacts, the exceptional quenching quality and specific metallurgy allow good workability of Dursteel Tuffplate, including improved processability (oxy-cutting, weldability) compared to conventional 400 HB steels.
