  • Dursteel® 410, balanced compromise between high yield strength and excellent wear resistance.
  • Creusabro® 6400, particularly suited for screening thanks to its very favorable HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) profile.
  • Creusabro® 4800 – 8000, combining high yield strength and superior wear resistance thanks to the “TRIP” effect.

In case of clogging, your screens and trommels can be lined with Durplast® S, a sprayed polymer offering dynamic wear resistance and excellent anti-clogging properties.

Manufacture of a grid for an extractor

In a steel plant, the central grid of a steel apron extractor showed advanced wear, leading to a high risk of perforation and unplanned shutdowns.
