Protection anti-usure haute performance

Technical ceramics offered by PRODUR include four families of high-performance materials — Durzalt 40, Durhart 200, Aldur 240 and Dursic — designed to provide exceptional resistance to sliding abrasion, corrosive products and extreme temperatures.

These materials are manufactured using unique processes (controlled melting, electrofusion, sintering, silicon carbide…), enabling the production of linings perfectly suited for the most exposed areas: hoppers, chutes, pipes, cyclones, crushers, industrial floors, etc.

Their wear resistance is significantly higher than that of conventional steels, delivering outstanding performance under sliding abrasion and an extended service life, even in highly aggressive environments.

Ceramics: extreme performance in abrasion, sliding wear and high temperatures

Far more than wear-resistant materials, PRODUR technical ceramics offer a unique combination of:

Extreme abrasion resistance, even in the presence of fine particles or high velocities.

Outstanding thermal stability, up to 350°C, 1200°C, 1500°C or 1600°C depending on the grade.

Complete chemical inertness, ideal for corrosive environments (acids, bases, humidity).

Very low-friction surfaces, significantly reducing material buildup and clogging.

Thanks to their specific manufacturing processes, they can be molded into tiles, tubes, elbows, cones, nozzles and complex parts, and integrated into all types of equipment.
