Technical ceramics
For areas exposed to extreme tangential abrasion, continuous abrasive flows or humid environments.

CASE STUDY
Reliability improvement of a bark conveyor
In a paper mill, a bark conveyor was experiencing rapid wear despite the use of 400 HB steel. PRODUR proposed a new solution combining two materials:
Bottoms and sides in DURAPLATE® D31T,
Running rails in DURSTEEL® Mn.
This combination allows precise targeting of abrasion and impact stresses.
Result: doubled service life on the rails and a significant reduction in maintenance downtime.
