Lining Resins
The Cerez range includes two-component technical resins (resin + hardener) designed for the protection or repair of equipment exposed to abrasion or corrosion.
Easy to apply, they adhere effectively to most substrates: steel, stainless steel, concrete, ceramic, polyurethane…
Available in paste or liquid versions, they allow geometries to be rebuilt, localized wear to be filled or complete surfaces to be coated.
Technical & General Information
Main Characteristics :
• High resistance to abrasion and corrosion
• Very strong adhesion on properly prepared substrates
• Application by trowel, spatula or brush
• Rapid curing (full cure in 8 to 24 h depending on grade)
• Four grain sizes available
CEREZ Range :
• Cerez 600 XS : 2 mm grains — paste grade
• Cerez 550 XS : 1 mm grains — paste grade
• Cerez 500 XS : fine grains 0.1 mm — paste grade
• Cerez 400 XS : liquid version — brush application
Packaging & Performance :
• Kits from 1.15 to 12 kg
• Resin / hardener mixing ratio adapted to each grade
• Maximum service temperature : 110–120°C
• Consumption : 1.9 to 2.25 kg/m²/mm
