We can reproduce the existing part identically or propose an optimized geometry and material to increase service life.
Complete in-house manufacturing: cutting, rolling, assembly, welding, inspection.
Possibility of supply as a ready-to-weld kit or as a fully assembled unit.

Materials adapted to each type of wear
Dursteel® 410 / 460 / 510 abrasion resistant steels
For standard bucket bottoms exposed to moderate to severe abrasion with impact: good wear resistance, excellent cost / performance ratio, easy weldability.
Creusabro® 4800 / 8000 high-performance steels
For the most aggressive environments (quarries, recycling, mining): work hardening in service, service life 50 to 100% longer than conventional 400/500 HB steels, good formability.
Duraplate® HiSPEED overlay plates
For highly abrasive sliding zones or continuous loading: smooth surface, low friction, very high resistance to tangential abrasion.
