Thanks to its integrated industrial capabilities (cutting, machining, bending, welding), PRODUR manufactures your cutting blades and counter-blades according to your drawings, templates or directly from on-site measurements. Each blade is designed to withstand abrasive environments, repeated impacts and severe mechanical stresses.

  • Cutting bevel: 25° to 30°
  • Available materials: Creusabro or Dursteel
  • Available lengths: 3,000 to 6,000 mm
  • Available thicknesses: 15 to 120 mm
  • Options on request:
    Specific bevels, all types of drilling (countersunk head, square collar…), complex shapes.

Wear issues on your blades?

Manufactured from a Dursteel base plate directly overlaid with Duraplate hardfacing alloy, the MONOBLOC blade provides exceptional wear resistance, without welded inserts.
